This wine is produced on the Hills of San Stefano, both prosecco and verdiso grapes are usually grown in the Crede ( clays, that is the name derives from) which are soils rich in clay. They grow much richer in noble acids, fragances and fuitness
cryo-maceration which contributes to exalt the organoleptic characteristics of the Prosecco.
