"Opening to a medium-ruby color, the Parusso 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo Ël Sartù shows bright primary fruit with a focus on cherry and blackcurrant. Those fruit aromas are followed by tarry spice and smoke, but primary aromas take the leading role. This wine is much lighter on its feet compared to past vintages, and its more nuanced approach works for me."
