"Very bright, medium straw yellow. Clean, straightforward and gentle oaking leaves a hint of vanilla, peanut brittle and white flowers behind. Strikes me as neither the most concentrated nor complex Bussiador ever, but it is delicious, and very easy to drink. This wine’s telltale purity is in full display; the note of peanut brittle is extended on the long finish testifying to the vintage’s warm growing season but there’s little alcoholic-derived heat to speak of here. An inherent salinity adds freshness and length. Keep in mind there’s only about 8000 bottles made out of a potential 22,000 they could produce. Drinking window: 2026-2030."
