"The 2006 Extra Brut Trentodoc Riserva Bruno Lunelli wafts up with a surprisingly fresh bouquet of white raisins, raw honey, baked pear and a dusting of confectionary spice. This splashes across the palate with seductively rich textures oset by a core of brilliant acidity as notes of raw almonds combine with tart orchard fruits and an air of ginger toward the close. The 2006 maintains amazing energy, nishing nearly crunchy in feel, with subtle tinges of dried apricots and iodine on the long, impactful nale. My hat is o to Ferrari for this fantastic testament to what Trentodoc can achieve."
